An Ivy leaguer who sat on both sides of the admissions table, and has now built Metis to support you.

Shreya Bajaj

Shreya holds an MBA with double scholarship and distinction from Cornell University and is a Computer Engineer from NTU Singapore.

Before founding Metis, she helped students gain admission to top schools like Harvard, Wharton, and Yale, and served as an Admissions Ambassador and Interviewer at Cornell, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges counselors face and the key ingredients of a successful application.

She has worked across five countries in banking, consulting, and tech, and has built user-focused products for Sequoia and Y Combinator-backed startups.

Shreya also co-founded Edcursions, which helps high school students make informed college choices through programs at prestigious universities like Cambridge and Yale.

Outside of work, she’s a trained dancer, avid swimmer, and TEDx speaker who believes curiosity, paired with care, is a superpower.
